Secure Parking near La Pinta in Ensenada?

OK, I know I've been asking a lot of questions on this site lately ... bear with me for one more ...

Is there a secure parking place close to the La Pinta hotel in Ensenada? I'm going to have some rather valuable gear tied down to my roof rack when we stay a night in Ensenada, and I'd like to be able to park behind a locked gate where my truck will be watched and I won't have to worry about my camping gear getting jacked. We're staying at the La Pinta (probably, was the most affordable last time), so someplace close to there would be good. If there is one, do you know what the fee is? Would my stuff be safe there, or should I bite the bullet and haul all of my gear into our hotel room overnight?

Thanks!

I argree with HOSE A. Dont ruin your trip with someone ripping you off. I know alot of good hotels that have what is called "secure parking" but when you come out of your room in the morning and everything is gone and your dog is pregnant you wont be lovin life!

Colin

These's a better place about 15 minutes south on Hwy one if you are only going to stay there nite...no site-seeing in Ensanada

Just past the Joker Hotel (big place) is the LA QUINTA. It's on the left as you drive down.

Walled parking with a guard walking around all nite. Last time ~$40

Newer and very clean....way better

Then you have a 15min jump in the morning to miss the traffic.
If we stay there it's because you can easily get this far in the dark with out problems.:rolleyes:

The SAME boiling water that softens the potato hardens the egg. It's about what you are made of NOT the circumstance.
