]This home is in the El Morro Surf Ranch Campo with views of Teresa’s & K38’s. 1 bedroom 1 bath with fireplace and hot tub in private
courtyard. Includes sofa bed, queen bed, 3 TVs, dining room set and all new appliances. Indoor outdoor showers. Ocean view from the dining room. We
put alot of heart and soul into this home. We are sad to be selling it. Awesome neighbors in the campo that watch out for each other. Very
safe! Mostly surfers but non surfers as well. Please keep in mind there will be a space rent to
be determined by campo owner.

Thank you I did check out the link you sent I tried to pull up the option for attachments but it wouldn’t let me it is asking for a URL when I open
the picture icon
I’ll figure it out eventually. I appreciate your help I don’t usually have this much trouble

try posting your ad, with pics, on craigslist -- then post a link here.
baja does not have an MLS-type system, so post ad on craigslist, then cross-post to other platforms such as FB pages, nomad, etc..

Lee-- Jerry`s wife is posting this. They are a wonderful couple who are avid hikers and want to spend more time in the eastern Sierras. They have
bought and sold in Mexico and know what they are doing. They have put a ton of labor and thought into this unit and someone will be very happy with
this property. They are straight and honest people who aren`t trying to rip off someone.
Terry and Jerry will be missed when they go. They are great neighbors.

1. Upload your pics to a photo hosting site. postimages.org is the best and it's free.
2. Copy the image URL.
3. Post this on Nomads: [img=800x]URL[/img]
Replacing URL with what you copied from postimages.org. Takes about 15 secs.

Well heck, thanks for the update on this. Good to know these people are known and have a glowing recommendation. If this property is a Land
Lease, I'll defer negative comments for the sake of propriety.
Jerry's wife could have been honest and open about who she was, and details about their property, and she was not.
I know El Morro area well. Surfed/camped there since the 60s.

I have nothing to hide. I used my email because I am more apt to check my mail during the day where my husband is too busy at work. He is the main
contact by phone but I am receiving the emails. Hope that helps guess I’m kind of naive I didn’t realize this could create concern confusion and
doubt
Anyways for now the ad is posted on Craigslist
