The National Hurricane Center states that Mario dissipated at around midnight today. While it's true that the storm system no longer has a
well-defined center of circulation, there's still a great deal of moisture in the atmosphere that seems headed for Baja, as shown in the attached
image from Weather Underground. Things are going to stay soggy for awhile.
