Octubrefiesta in the Sur
Steve and I are having a party on Sunday, October 16, from three-ish till whenever, and I hope to have the chance to get acquainted with some real
live Nomads now known to me only by their user-names.
No need to bring food [unless more than 25 people intend to show up, in which case I'll scream for help], and we'll have a couple of cases of
Pacifico, some Jose Cuervo Tradicional, and Sunset magazine's delicious sparkling citrus punch [non-alcoholic].
The pool isn't made for laps, but is great for cooling off and is safe for kids. My grand-daughter Nikki, 8, would welcome playmates and is bilingual.
To get to our place when coming in to town from the north on Abasolo, pass the big CCC market on the right and continue for five blocks. Turn right at
Sonora, which has a topo and is the next street after Sinaloa. Cross Belisario Dominguez and hang a right at the next street, Francisco I. Madero
[it's one-way]. No. 3020 has an ugly metal fence, painted white, and is next to a big El Caracol workshop [I think they milk the snails there].
My U2U actually works every now and then, and my e-mail is leedingon@yahoo.com.

Lera,
I looked all over for this yeasterday and couldn't find the post, go figure. I sure hope to make it. I fly into La Paz on the afternoon of the 15th.
More than exicited to get back to my little casita. Ah but, at the same time should would love to meet You and others from the board that live around
La Paz. It would be worth the minor postponement in getting home in order to do so. Please keep me posted if dates change.

Those snails are big, and besides that you guys have failed to keep up with lactation technology. Nobody milks by hand any more. Snail teats are
hooked up to pulsating milking machines--no need for stools.
