Just got back from Mulege...


...we just had drinks with Val & Pierce a few days ago, this is news. Got the impression that Pierce was rather busy with his real estate indevers...he mentioned there was a shortage of capable contractors in the area, due to all the new 'buyers' around.

Yeah Mexray the restaurant biz is grueling hard work. Real estate on the other hand..... is well..... mainly paper-cuts. I think that with the mark-up factor:O in the areas' real estate I would maybe do the same if I were them. NOT!
