Bob, the quickest way to try and ID that point is to use the Satellite images and just scroll down, along the coast...

PUNTA ARENA?

Though I can't make out the lighthouse in the picture or anything else to verify that.

The one south of La Ribera. A very good place to fish for Roosterfish.

Structures are what was intended to be a bar and motel until the developer got uncomfortable with the land deal and bailed. He is a doctor, and thus the name Dr's Point.
