28 degrees when we left for mulege this morning!!!!

It's cold all over the west coast... Below freezing the last couple nights here in sunny San Diego County!

Darn that Global WARMING... It's taking too long to get started! :lol:

The coldest Thanksgiving I ever had was in 1959 at Punta Baja near El Rosario. Sleep in a VW van tucked into a WW11 surplus down Mummy bag with most of my clothes on under layers of the canvas.

Was still cold...

Yes, it can a does become very cold in that area.

Pity those young Mexican soldiers at the check point on the mesa...

Finally, a "warm" night


For the first time in six nights, the overnight low at home here in SoCal did not dip below 40 degrees. Whoopee!!

I showed an o'night low of a mere 45.4 degrees.

The cold snap is breaking up!!!!!
