Damn right, get away. Especially if one of the bombs gets stuck in the mortar. I had one of those puppies get stuck for a second. It then spurted out and up, but only about fifteen feet, then came barrelling back down and exploded on the ground. By the way (and this may seem self evident, but some people . . . ), always do this on cleared ground, well away from any combustibles. If it's windy, give serious consideration to abstaining, at least with the airborne stuff. Nothing kills a good evening of fireworks like a brush fire.

Well, thank you, Lee -----

I appreciate your sentiment. I do but, Viva La Raza, as a rouseing fist pumping statement of solidarity is more closely associated with the Chicano and Immigrants Rights movements in the United States. It means a lot more there than Long Live The People.
But, that's for another thread.

It is illegal in Mexico to discharge fireworks within 300 meters of a dwelling or other similar structure.

I tend to categorize fireworks with jet skis and quads and other noise makers. That is to say that unless I am blowing them up or riding them they can be REAL annoying.:P

Party on.:moon:
