Water Temps this time of year

Hey all,

I'm planning a trip in Mid June down to Scorpion Bay to surf. I was wondering what I might expect in the way of Water Temps?

Wetsuit?

Bloody freezing pretty much sums it up here in Asuncion, it'sin the 50's...Scorpion Bay will be a bit warmer but you will want wetsuits for sure...

I thought it would be chilly. I just hope it's warmer than Central California (low 50's).

BTW Hook, no relation to "Papa" here.
