truck question

Anyone know about problemas with front ends on the ? 97-2003 ? dodge 3/4 ton diesel. Rumor has it, that at 80,000 miles, one can expect problems. Anyone experienced, or have knowledge of the possibilities?
Thanks,

I've had a 2000, 2001,2003 no problems whats so ever, still have the 01, 03 combined miles about 250,000, you know what they say? MOPAR or nopower. The 00 has about 180,000 miles, same trans, same everything.

I had a 2001 but not a diesel, 3/4 ton V10. Had lots of problem from two different lift kits. Back to stock, no steering problems.

A buddy had a 1998 diesel, 4wd. Tons of brake problems; he eventually lemon lawed it in CA. Horrible pulling to one side when braking. Dealer admitted they couldn't fix it; that they were still using the brake design from the older generation of trucks before the new RAM models. Many were reporting this problem on message boards at the time.
