Capt. Mike,
What did you think of your rented Cruiser? "Docsdad" drives one and just loves it! I gotta say I think he's adorable with his panama hat on, sunroof
open, and the tunes cranken (preferably some Ray Charles!). Ours is a 2.4 litre turbo, don't know exactly what that means. I just know it goes
fast, and it's a very comfortable car. Sorry to hi-jack the thread.......

And isn't funny that all the grey hairs are driving the PT Cruisers?

That's 'cause they kinda look like an old '40 Ford sedan.

Yes they do. And they look a bit like a gangster vehicle! I wouldn't even go with "docsdad" when he went to buy it, thought it was a silly car.
But now that we have it I'm the biggest fan. And if you see us on the road, the license plate is DOCSDAD. Again, sorry for hi-jacking the thread,

huh??!!
i was in the PT. a rental. We flew into to Durango for a 3 nite stay at 7000 ft in bayfield.
i saw this old geezer in a truck and he had a mulege bumper snicker on.
the car was ok for a cheap rental. i'd never want to own one.
Phx to Durango = 2 hrs in the Comanche tho - a sweet use of the time machine.
back in the heat today tho....sucks.
mulege for labor weekend it looks like after a scuba drop at San carlos.
hot and humid.............can't wait......yuk.

Speaking of Mulege. last week we walked up the hill, following the signs to the town museum. We were a party of four. It was hot. The museum was
closed down. It was hot.
It\'s easier to get forgiveness then permission.

Nomads,
I am smiling as I read this thread ... some guy asks a question and everyone
responds like they have a serious case of ADD....but at least some recognize it AND apologize after hijacking the thread...
No, that wasn't me in the old truck....and I don't even have a Mulege sticker....but I DID stay in a Holiday Inn last night
Don't believe everything you think....

Heck, I was sitting in your garage last winter with Susan, waiting for you to get back. Never did see you!
Maybe this Nov ...
