Bandido's "sucks?" Gnukid has finally gone too far.
The best fries and the only good onion rings on the Baja are served at Bandido's. The burgers are good too, and everything on the menu is reasonably
priced. The wait staff and management are all very friendly and mellow and the laidback atmosphere strikes just the right note for a Baja eatery.
The burgers at the Buffalo Grill are arguably better -- but for three times the price that one pays at Bandido's they certainly should be. My only
complaint about Bandido's -- a suggestion, really -- is that the hamburger buns seem sticky on the outside and a change in the supplier might be in
order.

Ate here again the other night and again we were not disappointed. I don't understand any of the comments about inattentive staff. For them to have
been anymore attentive I probably would have had to pull up a chair for them.
My family obviously spends too much time in the sun. When we first sat down the waiter handed us our menus and then asked what we would like to
drink. When I ordered in my exquisite Spanish he quickly snatched back our menus and came back with the gringo menus in English and apologizing, he
said he thought we were Mexican. Now based on other posts I'm sure many here will not believe this but the prices on the local's menus and the
tourist's were actually identical.
During our excellent meal the owner Rossi DeLuna stopped by our table to ensure everything was satisfactory. I have to say he was the nicest and most
personable young man I have met in quite awhile. During our conversation he asked how we learned of his place. I told him I had heard some really
good reviews on this board. He said he had never heard of bajanomad.com but was excited to learn of it and would be logging on to see what was being
said. He is a very entrepenuring young man who is doing his very best to provide a quality product to his guests so I'm sure he would love to hear
"CONSTRUCTIVE" criticism.
I asked him where he ever got the idea of making his grill out of an old car. He said he saw it in the movie "Gone in 60 Seconds" from a scene where
they were having a barbeque in a junkyard.
Rossi, hopefully you will log on soon so I can once again say thank you for another enjoyable evening. I wish you all the best.
