San Ysidro Sentri lanes last night - 05 Sep

Anybody try to use them last night around 7 PM? The Mex cops had them blocked off, I couldn't get across.

Wassup?

No big deal, I was just going to make a quick trip to my PO box.

May have had something to do with a manhunt.
Things were edgy in T-Town yesterday, with roving truckloads of various enforcement agencies posted at the gloriettas and major intersections.
This in in the wake of Tuesday's assasinations in Mexicali.
The violence appears to be ramping up again as the battle for the drug transhipment corridor heightens.

In related news, despite the "war's going great, we've got 'em in a real headlock" rhetoric coming from the U.S. Feds, cocaine has NEVER been cheaper, more available, or of purer quality than it is in SoCal right now.

You gotta be kidding. You go back and forth just to get your mail? Must be expecting one huge check.
