The Mexican Constitution
I have been reading the Mexican Constitution and am finding it very worthwhile reading since I am a homeowner? Living in Mexico permanently, I would
suggest that everyone in my position read it. The following is a good site in English.

Does it list the ammendments to the constitution? I've understood that they ammend it about as often as people change underwear. Since I don't wear
them, I don't know how often that would be. Are there a bunch of ammendments?

I really like the section on Duties of Citizenship. You have to vote, and have employment, or you are not a citizen. Or if you use a foreign
instrument, you are not a citizen, if you use it in a foreign land. Doesn't that mean, if illegals in the US, use our money while here, they are no
longer citizens of Mexico? and, when the president says where ever there is a Mexican there is Mexico, he is not talking about Mexican citizens, but
people born in Mexico. and, if that is true isn't he going against their constitution? Man, I love Mexican culture.

Good one, Tom. I'm sure everything is covered in the ammendments and if they arn't, they'll make some more ammendments.
Our Constitution doesn't ammend so often. I suppose that's why it stopped meaning what it was supposed to mean 100 years ago.

Oh, yeah Dennis. It says the congress can amend anything they want. No wonder the system is so f'ed up down there. The rug can be pulled out from
under anyone, anytime they like. It is in their constitution.
You think this is one reason the local authorities clash with the state and federal authorities so often?
In the US, they at least have a referendum, and then the house and senate get to vote.
In Mexico it is more like a wave of the hand by the right person.

of navigation and the marine commerce, the defense of the country, the impulse to the fishing activities and the promotion of the tourist and
recreational activities.
The Federal Executive, through the Secretariat of Environment and Natural Resources, will be able to celebrate agreements or agreements of
coordination with the intention of which the Governments of the States and the Municipalities, in their case, administer, conserves and watches these
