Yes Dr. Tom, it's a bad case of the Baja fever you've got.
Good luck and have a safe trip.

You've been spending too much time in canine care. Each day seems like a week.

My doctor recommends Margaritas as a curative, but it's only temporarily and has to be repeated.

So there we are, camped at Punta Chivato in our old pick-up camper.
It was a cold and windy night with sand blowing all over.
My wife and 4 year old daughter were cozy in the camper, preparing dinner when up drove a car from Oregon.
Out hopped a VET from our local area with his wife and newborn, prepared to set up their tent in the blowing sand.
We ushered the Vet's wife and baby into our camper while he rigged his tent.
We fed them shrimp scampi and then off to bed.
Nice folks we need to see again.

hitch a ride all the way to the tip of Baja and left the next day.And I am here and don't know when I will be heading North ! Geez I love Baja!(ps,
you may need warm clothes if you don't make it this far:tumble
Happiness is just a Baja memory away...

Be very careful Dr. Tom! I came down in '92 to just see if I could see some of the things I saw in '68 and two years later I was building a house and
selling everything in the States. I got the fever BAD but you sound like you have an extreme case too. Have an exceptional trip!

is this contagious
I have the same symptons! Plan on leaving N Cal on the 22nd and can't get a damn thing done at work. Spending all my time reading the Nomad forum,
researching new camping, kayaking and truck gear. Left work early last week to repack the wheel bearings on the trailer. No reason it couldn't wait
until the weekend but I just had to do it.
