Geminid meteor shower Friday early

The Geminid meteors will be visible early Friday Morning (Dec 14) in Baja.
Look towards Mars to see where they are coming from.

If you can get up at 3 or 4 AM when it's really dark out, so much the better.

They peak at 1645 GMT Friday which is about 9AM Baja time when the sun is up.

Damn I wish I was there instead of cloudy cold New England! Looking forward to this year's retirement installment...

Oh, I forgot to add:
...but there will be plenty to see hours before the peak.
