Heading for BOLA, need weather report


I'll be in BOLA Feb15-18 anibody care to advise on the weather and the state of things? thinking of camping on the beaches north of town.

I'll venture a guess. It will be windy during the day and the air along the beach will be in the upper 60s to low 70s.

High pressure is dominating the southwest US except for one weak front coming down that wont really displace it. That's the reason for my prediction.

This is the best source of weather for BOLA that I know of, and most other places as well.

Thanks for the update, so..... it's the windy season? when is it best to go? I really do not care for the wind but it is convenient to go this weekend, I plan on fishing from the shore by the points north of town; What are the tides like for this weekend?

The tides will be moderate, as it is a waxing quarter phase.

Based on the probably direction of the wind, with respect to the beaches by La Gringa, it will be helping your casts. :lol:

Winds usually are not a factor from June-October.

theres a report that here up in central cal. there will be off shore wind so im willing to bet it will be windy out of the north. good luck.
