I couldn't be happier

I look at the development coming down the coast as a quality of life issue. The faux development in the Rosarito area is indicative of the plague that will no doubt destroy the entire peninsula. In my collegiate years-60’s-visiting Playa Mona Lisa was nirvana. Now with the altered coastline they have all but lost their beach. A sure sign of things to come, sad but factual. The bad news is my friends that have small shops that rely on the tourist are indeed suffering. My hope is the big ships can bring in enough tourists, for a SHORT visit, to keep them alive. Without any infrastructure the mega-condos will pollute the ecosystem beyond repair. Am I selfish, completely! I do tell my very close and dearest friends the real truth about Baja, anyone else its, my wife was raped, my dog became a taco, I have lost my teeth, and suffer from persistent diarrhea from all the bad food and contaminated h20.

personaly, I think we have more crime here in our small canadian city than in any where in Baja. Crime is everywhere, be smart, be polite, use your head and all is fine.

Too late.

If people move into all those units their toilets are already all hooked up to the Pacific Ocean near shore sewage treatment plant (aka leach lines).

If people don't move into them and they all sit vacant then the plague of bats moving in to roost in the unfinished towers will cause a catastrophic impact to the coastal environment.
