Water crossing

Hurricane John in 2006 made for some interesting crossings.

Early in the storm a car goes up Calle La Pinta.

Day 2 after the storm the first stranded residents wade home to Zarragosa just East of Madero,

Day 3 after the storm the driver and a friend try to figure out what to do after a failed crossing of Arroyo Zarragosa on Highway 1. The truck is about 100 yards West of the highway. The driver had some injured ribs.
