SLRC-El Golfo-Rocky Point

This is slightly off topic but doesn't belong on Off-Topic.

Nomads who like to visit the other side of the Cortez will be happy to know that Peņasco will soon be a shorter drive. A new road (partly toll) has been started from the new POE under construction east of San Luis to El Doctor (where the soldiers are) to connect with the new costera to Pto.P. Also a new 4 lane Blvd. will be the gateway into El Golfo. This will knock 20 miles off the SLRC to El Golfo run and have few intersections as it runs thru the desert east of the ejidos. Travelers from Yuma and points west will no longer have to go to Sonoita to get to Rocky Point. Completion "expected" August '09.

All my childhood I wanted to be older. Now I\'m older and this chitn sucks.
