some holiday words to live by

Thought I'd pass this on for holiday words of wisdom:

"Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body - but - rather skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand and a glass of wine in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "DAMN what a ride!"

Sounds like my kind of life,But for me it would be more like: A fish Taco in one hand and a cervasa in the other. Then of course a bowl of ice cream with chocolate syrup to finish it off.:yes::yes::yes::yes:

Here I am, at 2:40 AM, suffering heart burn and remorse from overindulging on too much chocolate pie and red wine after a delicious red meat dinner that was in itself too rich in fat and calories....... what the heck... right?... hick! no regrets...

...problem is Saint Peter will look at you and kick you off to hell and say: This is no junk yard.... f-ck off!!
and with those infinite number of calories consumed, I will burn and glow in hell (or heaven) for ever and ever.
Salud!!

My son told me his philosophy last night that pretty much matched yours.

After dinner we did homework. It was on Darwin, evolution, and natural selection.
