La Paz area solar system

I am working with a ranch family south of La Paz that needs a used working solar system for lights at their small house. Any help would be appreciated.

Steve, from my perspective, solar systems are SOOOO $$$ here, that I think it's a very long shot that anyone will be stepping up to the plate on this one. But I still can hope to be proven wrong!

The Mexican government subsidizes ranches and pays up to 50% of improvements made by ranchers to their property. In the past they have given area ranchers solar water pumping systems and simple light systems so the rancher should check for avaiable subsidies through his local coop or delagado.
