Baja Barter??

Greetings Amigo (a)'s Haven't seen this topic in awhile so...
We have a really nice home in Las Gaviotas, just south of Rosarito and about 2 miles north of Puerto Nuevo, gated, 24hr security, pool, private beach (good surfing) etc. Due to the downturn in the economy/bad press etc. we don't expect a ton of renters this summer soooo..we are considering "trading' time in the house for time somewhere else in Mexico.... anybody got anything cool??? We need to be near the water wherever we do go. Bay of L.A.? San felipe?? Any place on the mainland that has warm water, (good surf would help).......also in need of a small quite, generator, like the 2000watt ones made by honda.
We also have a funky palapa beach house south of mulege but that would be for long term lodging as it takes an effort to open it up etc.....I have a web site for the Rosarito house, u2u for info.....if this is a bad idea let me know...'
