Realators should be put on a sinking ship with Travel writers & Attorneys! Giving links to surf locations is an afront to the Holy Grail. Imagine warm, sunny days in SQ, there are'nt many!

Beware! Beware! Beware!\\All thexe "PUNK" so called Real Estate Sellers are just doing their usuall thing"Lying, Cheating and Stealing""!

Forget them and find you a good Notor0iea in Baja Sur and get the real "Scoope" about the Property you may want to buy.
It is very easy to get the information from the local Tax Office.

It is the same in the the States, these Theives will do anything to get you to put up money on a Property. DEAL WITH THE MEXICANOS Learn, their klanuage. You will fined that it is much more Honest than the States

If anyone's interested... The new road to Bahia de los Angeles from Hwy. 1 was built in '74 and paving began in '76... the pavement was so thin, that it was pothole nightmare just a few years later. Patching up the mess was a long time coming. Brand new pavement, done the right way, came just a few years ago. In 2006, the Escalera Nautica funds were used to make turn outs every few miles, so cars could pull over as boats were ferried across the peninsula... (LOL)!

I thought the turn outs were to let the boats pull over to let the cars go by.....naaaaaaa, that would make too much sense.....dt
