Hoping to be in San Felipe...looking at all the beautiful homes and dreaming about building my own.
Whenever I hear that rainy, chill wind blow. I think it may be time to head for Mexico. Tengo que obedecer mi corazon!

Glad I'm going to have some company in Bahia.
David, aren't you and Elizabeth heading south?
Mick-good to hear from you.
Martyman--guess we'd better bring plenty of beer!

Hi Suzanne...
While we are missing being in Baja... we have no vacation plans until Memorial Day weekend when the Sea of Cortez is warm enough to enjoy.
Then in July, pending the El Rosario Festival, we would like to get back to Bahia Concepcion and beyond???
Please show Pete that we found the 'lost mission' and you guys need to check it out... only 31 miles from Gecko on an easy road, 2 miles from Las
Animas Bay fish camp: http://vivabaja.com/109

Is anyone going to church?
What great holidays you Christians have. Christmas for getting presents and Easter for vacations. I'm gonna convert.
Just as soon as I can reverse that circumcision.

I will be having a very devout tequila sunrise service at my shack. All worshippers welcome!

I've been pulling together things for my Baja trip. Excitement is growing everyday as my departure date nears. Although I am thoroughly enjoying
skiing, I hear the siren call of Bahia. So sweet, so pure, such a temptress.
I am cramming much into my days prior to departure, just so that work will be the farthest thing from my mind when I am "down south."
I won't be in Bahia until April 18 or 19th, but I hope to see folks that are going to be there Easter week.

Yvonne and I just got back from our place. This was the first time driving down that I did not pass a bus or a diesel truck from San Quintin to
Bahia. The roads are quiet .

Melitón Albáñez
Will be in El Centenario from the 8th - 16th but spend Easter day in Melitón Albáñez. Probably spend time on the beach a short distance from the
village for a late lunch.

I'll be right here on our beach in East Cape taking pictures of the 1000 or more campers/day visitors who come here each year to enjoy our beaches and
the warm water. They come from Cabo San Lucas, San Jose and all the little villages around here for 4 days in the sun camping, swimming, partying.
This year will be a little different since the campers/revelers at our beach here at La Ribera will be camped out this time on land claimed by the new
Cabo Riviera Marina/Hotel/Golf project. We expect no skirmishes but I'll be on the beach with my camera to show you what happens when new, powerful
developers meet age-old traditions near the water.

Same here Jorge.
Staying home here in Nopolo and see how the Loreto Bay folks will handle the beach crowd. Really, no car access left, so folks will have to lug their
gear from the road to the beach. And really hardly any on road parking, since that's all taken up by the cars of that "walking, bicycling and electric
vehicle crowd"
Will be interesting.
