More Loreto Marine park enforcement


It ain't all commercial. Some so-called sportsmen are catching some heat also. Yacht and gear seized for illegal spearfishing in the park.

Where are you getting this information? Curious as I'd also like to receive it too.

Thanks this is an excellent example of what can happen when caught spearfishing within the park. Unfortunately their rules are vague on this issue but I've always erred on the safe side and never allowed spearfishing equipment on my boats.

this is the boat. The guests were all from US on a spearfishing trip.
