I was there when a storm came through. a little rainy but, I could live there.
Stayed in a hotel on the beach just out of the frame, left side near the top of your foto. Nice place with a strange twist. All of the housekeepers
spoke English.

I'm with Oso---your heat wave is the normal temp for Fort Worth-----average day temp June to August is 95-105 degs...night only gets down 81-82 degs,
its often still in the 90s at midnite. And the humidity---35-80 percent...friggin brutal, and I work outside in it...gotta get a desk job or move
back to SoCal ASAP!

I had to turn the fan on for an hour this afternoon when it got to 81 in the house...ewwww...I can imagine what it's like on the gulf side today. We
did have a wonderful swim now that the water has warmed up to around 75 and was so nice to cool down in and the swell is diminishing too.
