Haven't been there since, but from all the reports posted, it would appear that it's a go. Some silly web site noted that Jimena's eyewall hit laguna San Ignacio. Fact is that the storm made landfall far South of there. So, starting at Abreojos, the farther South, the more likely damage. but there must be people on the ground that can give you more specifics.

Although I havent heard...the media quoted me as saying there was alot of damage in Abreojos:?::?: when I ask around here, they tell me that like here...nothing happened in Abre.

we lost 2 palm fronds from our crappy palapa and some beer cans maybe blew away.

Shari

"Some beer cans blew away?" I thought that you guys were basically not affected by the storm!

Look forward to seeing you on October 24th and maybe I can console you and Juan about your loss of the beer cans. Is there anything I can do such as bring down some empty cans to fill your void?
