Baja Thankful
Hello Nomad Amigos and Amigas
With many reasons to consider what being thankful means to us, we were quite taken by the eloquence of one of our guests - Mike is a Police Officer.
Doug, we thank you for this forum. Fishy best wishes to all for a splendid 2008 holiday season filled with that which makes you happy.

good morning tommy and lori!
it's a gorgeous thanksgiving morning here in the bay area. sunny and cool, the air crisp with a hint of colder days to come. out walking the dogs,
throwing tennis balls in a futile effort to tire them out, i can't help but count so many blessings this day, some simple, some more profound.
for the pure joy of watching dogs run and play, i give thanks.
for the sheer beauty of where i live, mountains getting greener, vineyards splashed with autumn color below such a blue sky, i give thanks.
for those who serve so far from home, away from their own families, to keep all of us here at home secure, i give thanks.
for dear friends lost this past year, whose lives have made mine so much richer, i give thanks.
for family, who this year are more scattered, but ever closer to my heart, i give thanks.
to friends i take too much for granted, i give thanks.
for a year filled with a bounty of memories with joy of good times shared with family and friends, loved ones all, i give thanks.
to a bright and prosperous future filled with the promise of more wonderous days ahead for us all, i give thanks.
my thanksgiving wish to you and all is for health, happiness, peace and love.
may this day and everyday be filled with blessings for which we pause and give thanks.
our best always to you and yours, and all our friends at CMSF - a very Happy Thanksgiving!
with love,
mike, shirley, and matt
