Lost Pero
Anyone in the BOLA area especially on hiway 1 anywhere around the BOLA turn off within a 5 mile area please be aware of a lost dog that ran off after
a roll over of a white
Ford van towing a Ford Explorer. The dog is a tall lean probably part great dane w/ a greyhound type head. Tan in color and goes by the name of
Pickle. Pickle is a rescue dog from San Jose del Cabo If anyone sees or may know of the whereabouts of "Pickle", please call 619.980.5023.
This incident occurred sometime tonight, 1/3/10, 6-8 pm, pst. Any assistance or info would be greatly appreciated.
UPDATE: Accident occurred north of BOLA turn off just passed km 225 approx .5 km going north and just passed km 224 going south. "Pickle" was last
seen running from eastide of Hiway 1 to westside. Any sightings would be greatly appreciated!
UPDATE: Returned to San Diego yesterday after 4 long days of search and transferring personal items from wrecked vehicles into "rescue vehicle" from
San Diego.(09 Tacoma).
Unfortunately, Pickle was not found prior to our departure. We are keeping positive thoughts that unless he was injured in the rollover, which could
not be determined at the time, someone has or will locate Pickle and he will be taken care of. Thank you again for the good thoughts and willingnees
to provide the assistance you have!

Oh, I sure hope Pickles is found soon. I also hope that nobody was seriously injured.
Be sure to check with the guys in the pickups that sell gas at the BOLA turnoff. Maybe leave them with a phone number. Where are you now? Are you
still near there searching? How did you get an email out so quickly after the accident?
Please let us know on the BajaNomad if Pickles is found. This network has found lost dogs before.

thank you all for your help and good wishes, still no sign of him. Dana, my husband and Amy's dad left yesterday to help the kids get home and to look
for Pickle. They did leave numbers with all of the folks selling gas so maybe someone will find him, he has my daughters cell and Mexico home number
on his collar. Thank you again
