Any recent visits to Playa San Rafael?

I plan on heading down in a month or so with my son to visit Pancho. Anybody been there recently?

Here are some pics from last year's trip:

PSR is about 45 miles south of Bahia de Los Angeles. Pancho, who lives there, has two palapas on the beach but no services. I've been camping there since 97 and love the place. Let me know if you have any specific questions.

From April 2002...

The old Erle Stanley Gardner road soon joined the new graded road to San Francisquito
where we turned north and passed by Bahia San Rafael. Two American kayakers on a wilderness adventure (http://www.codiscovery.com/) were there (far left and right).
