Awesome weekend here in San Felipe

Absolutely beautiful weather. A little windy Sat. night but that was it. Great sunrise and perfect weather this morning.

The 250 brought a lot of people to town which was great to see. No incidents and a lot of people had a blast and the town got a great boost.

Went out with the food bank this week and fed several hundred families. Good to be able to do that. We fed over 100 just yesterday. We are getting ready to expand and provide more services.

Developer let me drop a lot to $30,000 to generate some interest. That was good. Market is way up from last two years already. There are a lot of great people that live here and are very happy and more that want to come so thats a good thing. Had a great development group out of Chihuahua looking at the whole project. That would be great.

Well off to walk the beach and enjoy this phenomenal place.
Have a great day!

I'll be running down there again for a day and a half this weekend. Thought we finished a transaction last week, but need to go back to sign one piece of paper. sheesh At least the weather will be even warmer and I'll be able to hit the swap meet (and search for more shrimp). Glad to hear some people came to town to spend some money. Been so deserted the last few trips.

The food bank sure has been taking off and doing great stuff.

I'll be there in about 2 1/2 weeks! Can hardly contain myself. Save some sunshine for me! :bounce:

Whenever I hear that rainy, chill wind blow. I think it may be time to head for Mexico. Tengo que obedecer mi corazon!

I was down for the 250 as well and had a great weekend. San Felipe was definitely hopping! We stayed at Pete's Camp and it was packed there too.

I have a trip report and highlight video from the race in the works! Will post them soon...

Bonus was a surprize visit from Coco. He was on the Malecon near Costa Azul. He is still saddened that most of his things were stolen but upbeat that he is rebuilding.
