Futbol

Halftime- O-O, Mexico vs. Iceland

This is a friendly. I'm mainly watching it because it's in, of all places, Charlotte, NC. We lived there 5 yrs. and my hija and nietos are still there. When we got there there were few Mejicas. When we left NC in 2000, there were a few tiendas. Now there are many and a Spanish newspaper. I was blown away by how many green shirted fans there were in the stands. Who knows how this will end. Iceland has never been a soccer power, But, the tri has nothing to lose, so whether or not we'll see their A game in the last half is to be seen.

All my childhood I wanted to be older. Now I\'m older and this chitn sucks.

I'd like to see Chicharito play. I guess he knows how to do that pretty well.

I am sorry I missed it, I like to watch them play. I like Chicharito just because he has a funny name. :) Same with Cuauhtemoc Blanco, though his name is not as funny and he is not as good. (currently)

I guess he's called that because of his green eyes. He's third generation futbol star in his family and his father was/is called Chicharro for the same reason.
I know you know that a Chicharro is a Pea.
