FM 3 card

I now have my FM 3 card, not a green book. I am going to drive to Loreto passing through San Yisidro/TJ. Do I stop at the same office just to the right after entering Mexico to fill out some type of paperwork even though I have a card? I know where the office is.

Anyone have first hand experience?

Nope, you get a free pass......if you get a red light, it might help if you show them the FM-3 card.....let's them know you "belong"
