Sea Glass article in Sunday's Parade Magazine
For those of you who still remember newspapers, there was a nice piece in last Sunday's Parade section. Although Baja was not mentioned specifically,
I know that collecting colorful glass on your beaches is a fun pastime.
http://www.parade.com/news/2010/08/01-a-shore-thing.html
The book and author featured is also available as a selection from Baja Books and Maps, it's a big colorful book, I'm sure Judy will chime in with
some particulars.

Thanks for the link to the article, Dave
Yes we do carry that book and have for many years. It is by far one of the best photographic essays that we have carry.
I collect sea glass and am searching for a pic of what I have picked up here. It is fascinating to me. I love to find pieces that are not
beer/wine/soda bottles.
A friend of mine told me that she had a jar of sea glass on a shelf in her bathroom. When the shelf pulled out from the wall and the jar hit her
tiled bathroom floor, the jar broke but none of the sea glass....interesting, eh?

Brown glass
I like putting the colors together. For some reason the pic of my monster bottle of vari-colored wasnt focused.
The best places to find beach glass are around Los Barriles, Punta Colarado in particular.

is amazing. beauty of natural stone or quartz. it is mfgd so less $$ and greener product too.

Tell me what color you want, Ill go shoot some bottles and then run the pieces of glass thru the tumbler with some lead shot for a while.

Hi, Judy - I have spent many happy hours collecting sea glass in LB area beaches...and have sorted mine into large glasss containers as you have done.
