Well, here we are again...it's getting closer to the holidays and we've decided to lower the price on our house in Punta Chivato once again. The new asking price is $120,000 U.S. Everything else in my prior post is the same including the pictures...please reply U2U if seriously interested. Happy Holidays!

This is really a good price for the Punta Chivato area. My neighbors guest has fallen in Love with our paradise and is looking at places. This is one she be looking at. Perhaps the least expensive opportunity here. This is the first parcel that was developed on Shell Beach. The parcel owner is the only one of the ejido members to live here and you couldn't ask for a better guy to deal with if there is a problem. I built my first place only a few houses away from redbear so I'm familiar with this neighborhood.
