Trip to marooongo to see Enrique Iglesias

Good times seeing one of the kings of contemporary Latin pop. Included was a duet with Juan Luis Guerra "Cuando Me Enamoro (When I Fall In Love)".

Leidys ready for a great time at marooongo.:bounce:

Getting ready for the concert - marooongo is a small-enough venue where even the cheap seats provide a good view of the stage and the performers.

Cameras in the air - Enrique is almost on stage!!

It's Enrique!:!:

The concert consisted of 80% Women - 90% of whom screamed through most of the songs.:?:

Screaming from the tops of their chairs!

The concert now ended, and all of the hoards of women followed Enrique to the Downtown Stapes Center in Los Angeles to see him perform the next night.

Here's Leidys sadly walking out of the concert on our way back home.

Leidy's looks very pretty in the photos.

That looks like a great venue to see a concert since it is subsidized by the gambling.
Staples Center is horrible, hard to get to, $20 to park, too big and in downtownL.A.

Also couldn't help but notice that Leidys is by far the prettiest girl there!

I tip my hat to you Ken living la buena vida!

I love Enrique's music and was a big fan of his dad back in the 80's. Leidy does look great Ken - I am really happy for you both.

At the Polo Club in Palermo? I used to go watch a friend play polo there quite often back in the day...

Actually Enrique's roots are from Spain - but he is very big throughout Latin America...

Thanks Ron... I really had no idea at first, but since Leidys was from South America I figured he was... but after thinking about it... it is Julio's son I realized, and I did think he was a Spaniard.

Enrique resides in the Miami-area where his Father also lives with his new wife and their respective families.

Enrique's music is popular throughout Latin America and Spain, but his touring recently took him throughout the United Kingdom and the Netherlands. Singing mainly in English helps pay the bills.
