Wooooooooooooooosh,

I think it started today. I did a several day tour of northern baja last week and waited to this morning to wash the Ford Condominium. And just my luck, the June gloom marine layer burned off early. I actually sweated a bit. Not good.

Drove about 60 miles on dirt roads during the excursion. Also not good, dirt roads suck - even in a F-250 super duty.

Cloudiest summer along the coast that I can remember.

Yea, It's been mighty nice up here in the north woods. Caught a mess of Crappie yesterday, frying 'em today. Sunny and mild right now, but it's not gonna last long.:D

First year I can remember without a summer in it (here in Southern California)! We had one hot week... and maybe a day or two more over 90º this year. Climate change? You bet... :light::lol: Sure saved on the electric bill when you don't use the AC.

capt. mike, No AC here, but a good wood burning heater is a must. Have already fired it up a few times within the past month.
