The One-Off Full Moon and Jupiter
It's very clear tonight on the coast in Baja Norte and I have seen the rising, one-day-past full moon with Jupiter alongside.
What a lovely sight; crystal clear skies, a wine-dark night with no clouds.

They also say that with binoculars you can see Uranus.

Isn't it past your bedtime, children?
Moon and Jupiter are very bright, looking at them right now.

Ah how lucky you guys are, I wish I could have seen it, totally missed the full moon here, completely overcast, had yet another downpour with thunder
claps that even made me jump, and I don't usually get skittish over such stuff.

AHHHHHHH the harvest moon. Time to start spliting wood, pick the vegetables, start closing the windows at night, prepare for snow.............Na I'd
rather be at the beach staring at Uranus.

Eli,
The clap is a serious issue, for sure ... it never made me jump, but a run down
to the clinic removed that fear after a few days....
now, looking at Uranus would make me jump....a few steps back

If anyone took a photo... can you please post it?

Anyone here need a sky map to find the moon?
Old people are like the old cars, made of some tough stuff. May show a little rust, but good as gold on the inside.
