My Halloween Carnaval!!

On Sunday, West Hollywood was in FULL EFFECT!! Talk about a fun time in a fun part of the world! Leidys commented that this event was just like CARNAVAL EN BARRANQUILLA, COLOMBIA! I walked Sta Monica Blvd w/my wife Leidys and my good friend Ross (who was dressed up as THE CROW).

Leidys standing on Sta. Monica Blvd.

Political statements were made as this was mainly a Gay Pride event.

Chilean Miners were seen throughout this annual event.:bounce:

A pair of friendly Astronauts stopped for a photo!

MY FAVORITE COSTUME OF THE NIGHT!

This guy had a special sound effect on his microphone to make him sound just like a Star Wars Storm Trooper.

Leidys and I didn't really dress up, but my Misfits T-shirt glows in the dark. I love the classic bands!!

Reno 911!

El Poder de Chile!

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles!

This nice Scandinavian couple looked very convincing in their costumes.

Ross looked SCARY dressed as Brandon Lee's character THE CROW!

Gender Bending on display

Originally, this is a Gay Pride event, so there were some very colorful men strutting their stuff as the opposite sex. In Barranquilla, Colombia - there were some parade participants who looked very convincing. Overall, this reminded me of the Colombian Carnaval - I wish I could return again to that AWESOME event in the not too distant future...

On the red carpet -
