At 7AM this morning, it was a tropical 6 degrees with a 4mph wind giving us a 1 degree wind chill factor.......also have 6" of snow on the
ground............

And that is really cold for Carson City, too. 38 here in Redding, CA at the far north end of the Central Valley.

23F here in Prescott Az. My ducks and geese were in their pool a half hour ago. I had to chase them inside their house where its warm and close it up.
Stupid birds too dumb to come in out of the cold.

I just returned from 3 weeks in Hultulco MX with daytime high of 91-94F (33- 34C for you Canadians) and overnight lows of 74-75 so the nighttime lows
in the 40s here at Punta Banda feel damn cold now. my inlaws that were down there with flew home to -39C (also -39F for us gringos) in Edmonton

It's warmed up to 31 degrees, the snow's knee deep and hasn't stopped. Heading south in 2 weeks.
