Flying to Loreto?
There is a new aduana at the airport. SHE is young and inexperienced. Worst of all, she is rude as hell. She will ask you for receipts for
everything, new or not. Who keeps all their receipts for used stuff they have had for years. She asked one guy to sit on his ice chest for 45
minutes while she passed some other passengers through. Seems like she likes to pick on men mainly. I asked around town about her and everyone
laughed---guess she is somewhat infamous for her rude actions at the airport. I hope she gets transferred to Juarez soon. Its too bad because she is
kind of cute---but a real coyote woman. No wonder people are not traveling
to Loreto.

She is pleasing to the eyes and she has been nothing but courteous and professional in any dealing I have had with her.

Aduana lady at Loreto
Send your comments to the Baja Bush Pilots who have had a lot of success correcting the periodic and repeated overreaches by Aduana and Migration at
MMLT.....this has gone on before. Nothing gets their attention as fast as somebody with lots of members who fly airplanes telling the membership to
buy their gas in La Paz instead.
Bonanza Bucko...been there and done that.

I solved this continuing problem at Loreto years ago. I NEVER clear customs there and try to avoid buying fuel there if I can manage elsewhere. The
flight plan people have always been great, unfortunate that the others have such a poor attitude.

Hi Sally---Yes I can travel--but only on the airplane. Doctors won't let me drive anymore. Good to hear from you. As for the aduana at Loreto
airport---I could do without her crappy attitude. As you know, most of my stuff is to give to the needy in Loreto. Especially the kids. Hope to
see you again sometime in Loreto.

Yep, she was mean and unprofessional. I am the one that had to sit on the ice chest for 45 minutes waiting on her. She gave me chit about my CPAP
machine and an old beat up electronic scale. I tried to tell her the scale was old and of no value and used to weigh ice chests before coming to the
airport. And yes, the scale used and beat up and probably 10 years old. She was demanding receipt for everything. How do you provide a receipt on
something of no value??

Hormones? That time of the month?A stick in the wrong place?Somebody needs to get her name and ID.Loreto really doesn't need this kind of negative
energy for tourists old or new.
