Great Super Bowl Party!
The was the start of a great football day..Super Bowl XLV..
Pre-game entertainment:
A nice calm and clear morning at Coyote Bay.

(Reminder to self: "Do not drink rum today...only beer. Make only reasonable and win-able bets.")
Getting to the game:

We converge above at mi amigos waterfront casa at the entrance to Conception Bay.
The Kickoff:

Great company, great game snacks, drinks (no rum), and a big screen to watch the action unfold as the stinking Steelers lost to mighty Green Bay. (I
chose poorly..)
Football tactics: I'm still digesting this gem:
'There is nothing that a good defense cannot beat a better offense. In other words a good offense wins.'
Dan Quayle
Half-time entertainment:

As the party progressed, some had fun with thier food. "..Ahem..oh, girls...yoohoooo..DAMN!"
(posted with permission)
I've always loved football..reminds me of violence, cold weather, sex and college rye.
The end game:

The game is in the last minute..time to check the pool winners...damn, I hope I win this time. There was no rum, so I have a good
chance.
The Payoff:

Hell No!..Tell me it ain't so!? That lucky Cindy wins everything..first the Poker Tournament, now the dang Super Bowl Pool!!
Oh well, congratulations, Cindy..it was a fine game..and a fine day.
Been a long one, I'm going home..and have a sip of rum.

Don't know why, but I keep going back to the hotdog foto. I'm really developing some fantasies.

Great photos of people having a great time at a party.
Roger is an outstanding fisherman - will use any bait to make a catch, even 'naked women"! He really didn't need to use it, because his photo
journals are just that good all by themselves.

The SAME boiling water that softens the potato hardens the egg. It's about what you are made of NOT the circumstance.
