I call young guys Junior all the time. Instead of the "thanks young man", it's usually "thanks Junior" from me with a smile. The quick ones come
back with "you're welcome Senior". I'm not allowed to say "Que unda geuy"
outside the house now. I may try give "Que unda Junior" a try.

I was called "Junior" by my family until after I returned from the Navy. My father was angry when I insisted that I be called Marc around the family
(we are both named Marco) My brother was tagged by my father as "CC" which came out as "sissy". The old man was not the sensitive type.

Heh. Nobody picked up on it.
Guess I was just in the mood for a little silliness.
That was post #100. Or maybe it was 101.

A lot of people picked up on it. None cared to make a discussion out of it.
Grow gracefully. It has everything to do with acceptance.
