Highly experienced House, Estate, B&B 'sitter' / property specialist now available for Baja

HOUSE / ESTATE / B&B PROPERTY CARE SPECIALIST / ‘SITTER’ AVAILABLE

Going on vacation?

Or, just need a presence at your 2nd home, vacation villa, B & B or vacation property?

Look no further than the Nomad House Sitter.

I am currently planning my 2012 house sitting calendar as I’ll be moving full time to Baja. Some background info:

•A professional expat with 25 years of international living, work and travel experience – accustom to just about any disaster (hurricanes, etc), and have worked and lived successfully in a variety of cultural experiences.

• Highly experienced property management and tourism/hospitality consultant (20+ year international career in hotel/resort, residential resort community management and operations)

• House/estate sitting around the world since 1992.

• Discreet, responsible, reliable, mature, and very professional: I secure and care for your property and possessions as if they belong to my treasured grandmother!

• Bondable, with excellent personal and house sitting references.

• Experience includes prior house / estate sitting and property and animal care within Mexico.

•Provide a wide range of services - security, animal and plant care, working with contractors, oversight of staff, bill paying, banking, preparing books, property marketing....a long list....just tell me your needs.

•Prefer long term situations.

•Speak (even read and write) passable Spanish - which improves as I immerse myself!

•I have regular income….so don’t depend on this as a main source of support….it is just something I love to do and am good at it.

• No to low fees - depends on your situation and needs…….

Hey, what a coincidence . . . I am a HIGHLY experienced sitter too! Do you need an assistant sitter? Because I am really good at sitting, honest.

And I am not fussy either. I can sit just about anywhere---on soft seats, on hard seats, hot seats, cold seats, doesn't matter---for extended periods of time! But I must have beer.

Well, I guess that concludes the interview, eh? Let me know when I can start because I am really good at sitting, although for a proper job I will of course need beer. Doh! I am repeating myself aren't I. Sorry about that, I think it's probably just the beer (I think). Or maybe not.

Anyways, cheers, fellow sitter. Cheers!

(P.S. My dogs are not really good at sitting, though. Instead, when they are not jumping all over you they are lying around farting a lot. Well, actually that's not true; they fart all the time and it really stinks. But that's not a problem, is it?)

Slow Clap for jakecard

The OP (original poster) neglected to mention his experience with Nigerian bank transfers from charitable people looking for good people to administrate a cache of millions.

Jakecard is certainly a 'real card'...what a sense of humor! If I run in to any assignments that only require sitting, and drinking beer I will let yoiu know right away and even put your forward for the assignment! lol...
