well, only 2 ex pat families live here full time and we are both here now.
our neighbor, the guy in the top photo, comes and goes between his 2 homes NOB and SOB
the guy in the white truck was just bringing a trailer for his amigos and doesn't live here
the motorhome residents have just arrived to spend 7 months with us
so, really only 3 "locals" have come - in such a small community - that's BIG news LOL

thanks Curt ! we like it plenty here too...
folks, I realize I forgot we have 2 more residents that bought a house but only come around 2 times a year !! and there is the guy from Idaho who
also comes 1 or 2 times a year who built on Bocanita and of course, Marcelo and Cindy so and the 2 motorhomers so ...
I stand corrected. we are pretty BIG. There are 12 of us total and 4 full timers. History in the making. Literally.

Your newest resident is "feathers" here on Nomad. I'm sure that Bob and Mary will love being there at their new place. We are hoping to make it over
for a visit the season.
What we see depends mainly on what we look for.

BajaBlance: We live in Loreto and met a couple several years ago that stayed in Riveria RV Park, but have since had no contact with them. I believe
they were living in La Bocana in their 5th wheel and might have bought some property there. When they left here they had three dogs with them..Known
here as "Mark" and Cindy and forgot their last names, but I see where you posted about "Marcelo" and Cindy living there..He was from Argentina I
believe.. We are going to Campo Rene the end of the week and would like to find out if Mark and Cindy were there now or when was the last time that
you saw them... Appreciate your help...

So, no local "locals" live in La Bocana? I would count these as "residential tourists" in my studies.
There most certainly is but one side to every story: the TRUTH. Variations of it are nothing but lies.
