Baja Angel has to work to about 5:30, so there you go... we leave as soon as we can. Now, it so happens that we got to Shell Island long before you guys did... You guys drove in that afternoon (after spending the previous night in San Felipe at a motel, I think... We like to camp (except in El Rosario, where Baja Cactus is a taste of luxury on the central Baja frontier, we enjoy)!

David - Did you see the photo of the black Cow (that I photographed) on the side of Hwy 1 just south of Cataviņa? It was a real (not Lego) creature.

Be sure to drive safely. Electronic Stability Control can only help control sway and/or static traction so much...:!:

Ken, Cataviņa is SOUTH of EL ROSARIO... re-read my reply!

David, Cataviņa is in the SUBJECT LINE of this THREAD. :light:

Yes Ken, and you wanted to talk about my night driving... which is NORTH of El Rosario and San Felipe, where I have never seen range cattle.

It is really about personal priorities.

For a number of years, we have made a stop at Jardines in San Quintin, because of their great rooms, great rates, great restaurant, and a wonderful feeling of hospitality. We recharge our batteries in a very Mexican experience.

I understand that there are folks who really feel the need to haul (ass) burro. Whatever floats your boat.

Burro twice? I specifically parenthized my burro because I figured it wouldn't pass muster as aaaasss. Oh. That's right. Software that is designed for church people.

I've "seen" the main route many times, and will enjoy a new route, on my way to my cabana..in the peace and solitude of mid eastcape, not Cabo, pleaze........!
