Lauriboats:

We saw the house a couple of days ago...really cute!

We'll talk more by either phone , e-mail, or U2.
What my questions are?
How do we, as Americans own the property considering all the negativity of this board and all the home losses all over Baja.
What are the taxes, and other expenses involved with owning there.
Thanks!

Hi, we love the BA area. Would you be interested in a long term lease? Dave and Joan

We have quite a few Chivatoites who have places over on this side now and one thing many of them like is that Asuncion is a thriving, vibrant mexican village with stores, services, restaurants and a hospital...not just a pretty place with nice beaches.

the few expats that do live here mostly live in separate neighbourhoods and have integrated nicely into the community & culture and have mexican friends and neighbours.

Mood: Loving life in Baja

One of the other really nice things about Bahia Asuncion is that it does not have that stifling heat like the summers in Chivato and over here in Mulege, you can enjoy time spent there all year long.

What we see depends mainly on what we look for.
