Great deal!

Just wanted to mention again, that Airtran is going to be flying from John Wayne (Orange County) to Cabo beginning this spring. They have been known as a low price outfit.

They are actually now a unit of Southwest. Will be interesting to see what they do to the competition from SoCal to Cabo.

Not necessarily. I've found incredible deals a month in advance. You just have to be flexible with your dates and check the website often to find the good fares.

Just a note - you can search for and book your volaris flights through southwest airlines.

Thanks for the heads up.

Just booked my return trip after the Baja 1000...La Paz to Tijuana $36.57 including all the fees, taxes, etc.

Shuttlebus to Oceanside is only $9.50 if I purchase in advance.

Who'da thunk one could get from La Paz to Oceanside in under 6 hours for less than $50? :?:

AMAZING but TRUE!!!
