From the area code, I'm guessing you mean the new Megastore in La Paz.

I called the number mentioned in the thread above, but was diverted to the answering service. I left a message that the poster should check this day's postings, hopefully, that will happen soon and owner and dog will be united.

There most certainly is but one side to every story: the TRUTH. Variations of it are nothing but lies.

Don't think these 2 retrievers are the same dog. The one on the previous thread was found Dec. 26, 2011, more than three weeks before this one was even lost.

Well, that should make for a puzzling message for someone.

Hi...wishing you all the best of luck. I made this suggestion before for a lost dog to please put the area it was lost and date in the subject heading...you might get better responses and get people's attention who were in that specific area at that time.

Maybe those dogs are kidnaped in hope that a reward will be offered for their return?:?:

Another good time here to say this. .....if you are traveling Baja...or reside...it is best to have a clear current picture of the dog. This will help....... should your dog becomes lost.

And keep the dog on a leash.........they will chase the scents ......and disappear. Too many horror stories over the years here at the BN concerning this issue.

Old people are like the old cars, made of some tough stuff. May show a little rust, but good as gold on the inside.
